Organizational Management Specialist

The role of an Organizational Management (OM) specialist is crucial for the effective functioning of an organization. This position involves depicting the organizational structure in a time-based manner, providing and distributing organizational information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting audits, legal issues, and internal workflows.

  • Global Projects: Active involvement in design, transition, takeover phases, and smooth running of OM activities in global projects.
  • Automation Programs: Identify, initiate, and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and increase user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements through change requests, local harmonization tickets, and SAP tickets. Initiate and implement harmonization across entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Structures: Maintain organizational structures, position, person, and communication master data.
  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd-level support on technical issues by identifying and resolving queries related to COMPAS, HR core rules, policies, and processes, data creation and maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Master Data: Maintain organizational master data in the COMPAS system and position master data in the local HR system.
  • SAP Updation: Update SAP with reliable data in good quality for consumer systems connected to COMPAS by creating/delimiting org units, classifying org types, updating cost centers, personnel areas/subareas, locations, account assignments, info org units, position maintenance, role updation, target and disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update.
  • Monthly Inputs: Provide monthly inputs to the Org Changes Stakeholders Team on org management and chief updates.
  • SLA Adherence: Adhere to SLAs by timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders.
  • Query Generation: Generate need-based MIS and reports from SAP and COMPAS.
  • Customer Partnership: Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.Qualifications">

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate/MBA in HR (optional); MSW.

Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/SucessFactors.

Skills: Experience in EC/SAP.
