Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators, preparing regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle client queries/escalations and work to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and execute growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Admin Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, CRM, or related software tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
