Senior Business Insights Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Insights Manager to join our Financial Controls team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project initiatives across financial controls support areas, including corporate accounting, consolidation based on IFRS, and statutory reporting.
  • Manage activity dashboards, monitor requests, and allocate tasks among team members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather information and communicate status updates.
  • Review reconciliation results, regular reports, and ad-hoc requests for quality and accuracy.
  • Generate analysis and reports based on client/team requests and improve existing reports.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in consolidation and reporting, with knowledge of IFRS.
  • Ability to analyze variances, review transactions, and understand group structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power BI, and VBA programming (advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to work from an office in Bangalore
