We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence professional to join our team as Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in data analysis and reporting to drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making for marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with technical teams.
  • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
Strategic Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, R&D, and operations to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
