Job Title: Senior Lease Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead our team in Thiruvananthapuram, India, overseeing daily functions and reporting to Senior Director of Support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of local managed services, leadership, and people management of employees within the India Managed Services Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engaging with business leaders globally to build and support the managed services team in India, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Driving global integration and standardisation in India by working with service offering leadership to adopt policies, procedures, and training for India teams.
  • Collaborating with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and working with regional and global leadership for resource management and development.
  • Contributing vision and leadership consistently with MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives to deliver technology initiatives supporting organisational growth.
  • Optimising solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across services departments; and
  • Serving as the managed services representative for unique challenges and needs of the India team within the broader leadership structure.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' experience in lease abstraction or a related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong project management skills, conducting regular meetings, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience in training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things, with polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, as well as a collaborative problem-solving mindset and client-centric focus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; Master's preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience.
