Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth and exceed business targets through effective partnership with assigned bank branches. This involves leveraging existing client relationships, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  2. Maintain a strong relationship with partner bank branches to ensure timely renewal premium collections and excellent customer service.
  3. Source new business leads from existing client bases and execute closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  4. Plan and execute promotional activities such as exhibitions, customer meets, and cluster meetings to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  5. Work closely with supervising officials to implement brand building exercises and maintain a positive image of the Company.
