**Job Title:** Banking Alliance Manager

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and other organizations to expand the company's business capabilities. This involves building strong relationships, identifying potential partners, and evaluating risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships.

  • Identify Potential Partners: Conduct thorough research on potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business objectives.
  • Evaluate Risks and Opportunities: Assess the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships and determine if they align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate or postgraduate degree and 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach, preferably in the financial services space. You should also have demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.

You should be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions, have a strong network in the banking and NBFC space, and be a high energy team player with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Additionally, you should have strong communication skills, be able to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization, and be proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take the lead.
