The Technology Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and driving market share in the SME segment to attain market leadership in the allocated territory. Key accountabilities include planning sales strategies to grow unique acquisitions, developing a channel ecosystem of large non-mobility partners, and driving digital tools to enhance productivity.
Core competencies for this role include strong enterprise channel management and distribution experience, account management in B2B, analytical and presentation skills, and knowledge of fixed-line, IoT, and cloud portfolios. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in channel management and at least 2-3 years in B2B/start-ups space.
Key performance indicators for this role include FLX acquisition numbers and revenue growth, order booking for FLX, IoT, and Cloud, and increasing cross-selling to increase non-mobility penetration. The Technology Channel Manager will report to the ASM- Channels & SOHO and be based in Kolkata.
