Business Development Manager

The role of a Business Development Manager is crucial for the growth and success of our organization.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to develop business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth in the region.

This position requires a high level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing Business Growth: Regularly visit customer sites to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve company sales and contribution margin targets.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Create strong relationships with assigned customer contacts across all levels to increase customer satisfaction and cross-selling success.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report to Regional Sales Manager to analyze sales targets, budgets, and forecast using CRM, Excel, and other IT tools.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and create customer presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and value selling plans that demonstrate the benefits and value we can offer.
  • Technical Advice: Deliver sound technical advice to customers, working closely with the Product Application team to implement and offer new solutions.
  • Communication: Communicate directly with the Business Segment team for alignment with the sales strategy to achieve maximum business potential and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding our range of equipment sales.
  • Customer Service: Coordinate with the Customer Service and Technical Service teams to ensure overall customer expectations are met.
  • Industry Knowledge: Monitor competitors' activities, industry trends & regional regulations to provide feedback to management and the Segment team useful for innovation and market development.

Traveling to customer and our sites in an average of 50-60% is expected.
