Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce, on-demand service solutions, web, and mobile technologies and trends. They should be proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements in detail.

The Business Analyst will collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives. They will analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.

The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor. They will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Pre-Sales Analysis Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Propose and implement effective business processes and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Post-Sales Analysis Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the client to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company.
  • Understanding of eCommerce, On demand service solution, web, and mobile technologies and trends.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements in detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills comfortable in understanding and breaking client requirements into structured requirements.
