About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to drive business growth through strategic analysis and innovative solutions.

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business requirements, and develop functional specifications to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in preparing and delivering client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution design.
  • Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, UML Diagrams, and Wireframes, and perform Feasibility analysis.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
