
Regional Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our regional business development efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our Bancassurance partnership with YBL.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales and team management.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Liaise with regional managers, branch managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance awareness and penetration among our customers and staff members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any Graduate degree
- Any Postgraduate degree
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of success in sales and team management
