The Indian real estate market is projected to reach $1 trillion by 2030, with 85% of construction still unorganized. We're poised to capture this massive market using our technology and processes.
We've expanded to over 12 cities in 15 months and secured significant funding with a total of $16 million raised. This investment will fuel our growth and enable us to expand our services further.
As a Regional Business Expansion Leader, you'll lead our B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region. You'll identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to drive business expansion. Your strong networks and established local presence will be crucial in acquiring enterprise and mid-market clients.
You'll own and deliver revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion. You'll lead negotiations and close large-value deals with regional accounts. Your P&L management skills will ensure profitability and cost optimization for the Bangalore region.
You'll oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region. You'll build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the Bangalore region. Your mentorship and leadership skills will drive a culture of accountability and growth within the team.
- This role requires an MBA or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management is essential.
- You should have a strong understanding of the Bangalore market and established local networks. A proven track record of achieving regional revenue targets and scaling businesses is necessary.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills are required for this role. Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience is also essential.
