We're seeking an exceptional Business Growth Strategist to spearhead our expansion efforts in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a robust pipeline of acquisition targets leveraging Salesforce
- Establish meaningful connections with prospects through targeted outreach initiatives
- Effectively communicate our value proposition across diverse channels
- Pursue opportunities at industry events and trade shows to drive conversations
- Nurture relationships with prospects throughout the year
- Support early-stage M&A documentation and engagement
- Conduct in-depth research into industries, companies, and leadership teams
- Expand target lists using LinkedIn, industry databases, and online tools
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes
- Develop company profiles and contribute to strategic analysis for growth initiatives
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing M&A roles (preferably outbound)
- A strong network in India's VC/Tech ecosystem is a plus
- Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
- A self-starter with a relentless drive, intellectual curiosity, and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
