About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Admin + Office Expansion team. This role is critical in driving our NBFC expansion strategy, ensuring offices across multiple locations are set up, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end office expansion projects – from site selection to operational readiness.
- Ensure office setup is compliant with RBI/NBFC regulatory requirements.
- Manage administration functions including facilities, travel, security, housekeeping, procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Work with leadership to plan infrastructure needs for business growth, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Liaise with local authorities, landlords, facility providers, and vendors for smooth setup and ongoing operations.
- Implement and maintain administrative policies and SOPs across all offices.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Prepare and manage budgets for expansion and administration while driving cost efficiency.
- Support business continuity and risk management in relation to facilities and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office expansion/administration, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
- Strong knowledge of NBFC infrastructure requirements and operational compliance.
- Excellent project management, vendor negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred).
