We are looking for motivated and experienced learning and development professionals for our L&D team at the below mentioned location.
He/she shall be responsible for managing and conducting the training and induction process for new joiners at the designated training centers. Key responsibilities comprise:
Managing the induction training process for new joiners by directly imparting training and coordinating with other designated trainers
Identify corrective, periodic, promotion etc. training needs and conduct periodic and targeted training as per identified needs
Participate in the training curriculum and training framework development process from time-to-time.
Directly improve the trainee to final joiner count through effective and engaging trainings.
Requirements & Skills
1. A total work experience of 2+ years in training and L&D in retail financial services businesses for ex: NBFCs, NBFC-MFIs, HFCs, SFBs etc.
Experience in operational role in Microfinance shall be an added advantage.
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Proficiency in Powerpoint, e-learning tools, training content development
