**Job Title: Network Expansion Specialist**

**About the Role:**

The Operations & Network Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities, coordinating between ambulance operators, users, and the call center team to deliver reliable and timely services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Locate and interact with private ambulance operators in identified cities to expand our ambulance network.
  • Train the Ambulance owners and their staff to utilize our mobile App for Ambulance trips.
  • Interface with the call center for regular Ambulance trips.
  • Follow up with Ambulance operators and users for payments owed.
  • Assist the call center in negotiating rates with Ambulance operators for various trips or events.
  • Monitor critical trip progress, especially outstation trips.
  • Resolve issues arising from User, call center, Ambulance owner/staff interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior management in a timely manner.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a startup environment.
  • Availability on Whatsapp & calls during business hours.
  • Personal laptop ownership.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages (preferred).
