Job Title: Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

The organization seeks an experienced and skilled Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to handle sourcing managers, ensure sales targets are met from channels, develop and drive the channel sales team, meet targeted additions to the partner database, ensure smooth registration and training for partners, implement evaluation and categorization mechanisms, motivate non-performing partners, liaison with site heads for promotional offers, plan events around festive occasions, develop a healthy investor database, update product and price information to partners, oversee channel-related events, and leverage channel contacts for inventory movement.

  • ">li>Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is required.">
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate, especially managing broker networks, is necessary.">
  • Team-handling experience and excellent communication skills are essential.">
  • Ability to analyze data, knowledge of pricing, geographies, CP margins, discounting patterns, and working knowledge of Sales ERP are also required.">
  • Excellent connections in the Broker network and experience in managing HNI customers are preferred.">
  • Understanding of Home loan rates and banking procedures is desirable.">
