Real Estate Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic sourcing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, negotiation, and closing transactions. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with broker networks, developing channel sales teams, and meeting sales targets.

  • Sourcing and managing relationships with broker networks to meet sales targets
  • Developing and driving channel sales teams to achieve revenue growth
  • Collaborating with site heads to plan promotional offers and events for channel partners
  • Building and maintaining a healthy investor database through channel partners
  • Providing regular product and price updates to channel partners
  • Oversight of channel-related events and activities
  • Leveraging channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches and launches
  • Ensuring continuously improving channel partner experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in real estate, preferably in managing broker networks
  • Excellent communication skills, data analysis ability, and knowledge of pricing, geographies, CP margins, discounting patterns, etc.
  • Working knowledge of sales ERP systems
  • Excellent connections in the broker network
  • Experience in managing high net worth individual (HNI) customers
  • Understanding of home loan rates and banking procedures
