We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Professional to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for property sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties in Thane and surrounding areas.
- They will generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and social media.
- Scheduling and conducting property site visits with potential clients is also a key aspect of the job.
- Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business is crucial.
- The candidate will support senior sales executives in negotiations and deal closures.
- Staying updated with property trends, pricing, and competitors in the Thane real estate market is essential.
- Handling customer queries and providing suitable property solutions is also required.
- Fresh graduates (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, or equivalent field) can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
- BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE AND SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS IS PREFERRED.
