We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads calling prospective clients arranging site visits and demonstrating excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the real estate market strong leadership qualities and a proven track record of achieving sales targets Responsibilities Lead Generation Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and identify potential clients Utilize various channels including online platforms social media and networking events to attract prospective buyers Prospecting Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through phone calls emails and other communication channels Provide information about available properties address client inquiries and nurture relationships to build trust Site Visits Coordinate and schedule site visits for prospective clients ensuring a personalized and informative experience Accompany clients on property tours highlighting key features and addressing any questions or concerns Negotiation Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful property transactions Work closely with clients property owners and other stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements Sales Strategy Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges Team Leadership Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals Provide guidance training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance Documentation Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation for property transactions Collaborate with the legal and administrative teams to streamline the closing process Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals Qualifications Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and legal requirements Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools If you are a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with a passion for real estate sales we invite you to join our team and contribute to our continued success Apply now and be part of a company committed to excellence in the real estate industry Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental pay types Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Business development 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
