Real Estate Sourcing Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, negotiation, and closing transactions. He or she must be able to develop and drive the channel sales team, meet targeted sales numbers, and ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and brokerage disbursal for channel partners.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing a mechanism for evaluation and categorization of channel partners, ensuring more revenues from performing categories, and motivating non-performing ones. Additionally, he or she will liaise and work closely with site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners.

Other key responsibilities include preparing a calendar for the year planning out important festive occasions and planning channel partner events around the same, developing a healthy investor database through channel partners, and ensuring regular product and price updates to channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive the channel sales team comprising the core team.
  • Meet the targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month/quarter.
  • Ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners.
  • Implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners.
  • Ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non-performing ones.
  • Liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners.
  • Prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same.
  • Develop a healthy investor database through channel partners.
  • Ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners.
  • Oversight the organization of channel-related events.
  • Leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches & launches.
  • Ensure constantly improving channel partner experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in Real Estate, especially in Managing Broker Networks.
  • Must have team-handling experience.
  • Must have Excellent Communication skills, Ability to Analyze Data, Knowledge of Pricing, geographies, CP margins, Discounting patterns, etc.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Sales ERP.
  • Excellent connections in the Broker network.
  • Must have managed HNI customers.
  • Understanding of the Home loan rates and banking procedures.
