Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement.
  • Proven track record of leading successful sourcing initiatives and developing effective strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with vendor contract language, SAP Ariba Contracts, and Sourcing Modules.
  • Understanding of general procurement challenges and solutions.

  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
