Expert Sourcing Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management) utilizing SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Ariba solutions.
  • Support the entire sourcing lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
  • Stay up-to-date with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with a minimum of 2 years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong expertise in Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • In-depth understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is highly desirable.
Good to Have:
  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
