Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent that meets the specific requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Utilize job boards, search engines, and other relevant platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop targeted search queries to increase the effectiveness of candidate searches.
  • Analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online presence to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Initiate contact with potential candidates through various communication channels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions and departments.
  • Evaluate candidate suitability and interest through phone or preliminary interviews.
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and applications.
  • IT recruitment experience and strong technical knowledge.
  • 2-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
