We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials and products, negotiating contracts with suppliers, analyzing procurement needs, and managing supplier relationships.

">About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills for evaluating suppliers and procurement data, effective communication and contract negotiation skills, experience in procurement and sourcing activities, recruiting skills for identifying and engaging with potential suppliers, excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

">Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Identify new suppliers, evaluate product quality and cost, and coordinate with the design and production teams.
  • Contract Negotiation: Analyze procurement needs and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Manage relationships with existing suppliers, ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, and maintain open communication channels.
  • Recruitment: Identify and engage with potential suppliers to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and sourcing activities, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating suppliers and procurement data.
  • Effective communication and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
