Customer Service Expert

Gemni is a leading manufacturer of machinery for the food industry. We are seeking an exceptional customer care professional to join our organization.
As a customer care representative, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of emails, calls, and other customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to build sustainable relationships and trust with our customers through open and interactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Generate sales leads and coordinate between our organisation and customers
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or/and marketing background
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English: verbal and written
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bonus points for knowledge in SAP B1 and experience with exhibitions/expos
