We are seeking a highly skilled Service Expert to join our team.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication skills, ensuring seamless interactions between customers and technicians.

  1. Greet customers and direct them to available technicians, consulting with technicians as needed about necessary repairs and alternatives.
  2. Answer customer questions, consult with technicians when required, and inform customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
  3. Assist customers in deciding whether to fix their vehicle through our dealership or trade it in.
  4. Oversee the service center's scheduling and workflow, guaranteeing efficient operations.
  5. Notify customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready for pickup.

This position demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
