We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Director to join our team at SEPOY&CO. in Mumbai.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a mid-level management role, requiring 3-4 years of experience in the Food & Beverage or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling premium products and beverages.

  • Drive HORECA sales within the assigned territory.
  • Enhance brand visibility through impactful brand promotions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Develop unique strategies to achieve designated sales targets for key accounts.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and exceeding annual sales targets in the assigned area. They will also be expected to strategically expand the customer base and achieve sales growth.

  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Stay updated on category-specific trends and market landscapes.
  • Negotiate deals confidently and secure profitable partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the company by onboarding new clients and exploring new territories.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate or undergraduate degree with experience in HORECA or retail sales.
  • Candidates with experience in the F&B, Beverages, HORECA, or Tonic industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships with decision-makers.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
