The Role: As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our assets, data, and reputation in the industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Develop and manage client portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to improve customer experience through product support.
  • Product Demonstrations: Hold product demonstrations for customers to educate them about our products.
  • Onboarding Process Improvement: Improve onboarding processes to minimize churn.
  • Tutorial Development: Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Mediation: Mediate between clients and the organization to resolve any issues.
  • Customer Requests and Complaints: Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints effectively.
  • Aid in Product Design: Aid in product design and product development to meet customer needs.

Your Profile:

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Client Management, Client Success, Product adoption etc
  • Graduate Engineer with PG in Marketing or Communications
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities. Ability to influence C Level executives
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge of customer success processes
  • Experience in document creation
  • Patient and active listener
  • Passion for service
