The Role: As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our assets, data, and reputation in the industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Develop and manage client portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to improve customer experience through product support.
- Product Demonstrations: Hold product demonstrations for customers to educate them about our products.
- Onboarding Process Improvement: Improve onboarding processes to minimize churn.
- Tutorial Development: Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Mediation: Mediate between clients and the organization to resolve any issues.
- Customer Requests and Complaints: Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints effectively.
- Aid in Product Design: Aid in product design and product development to meet customer needs.
Your Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Onboarding, Client Management, Client Success, Product adoption etc
- Graduate Engineer with PG in Marketing or Communications
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate leadership qualities. Ability to influence C Level executives
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Experience in document creation
- Patient and active listener
- Passion for service
