Seeking a candidate with exceptional communication skills and ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can support our customers through voice and chat channels.
  • At least 6 months of experience in international voice process is required, preferably with a background in sales or customer support.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to build rapport with the customer, overcome objections, and ask for business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills essential
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Available to work 24/7 shifts with rotational week offs (5 days working a week)
  • Two-way cab facility provided based on transport boundary
  • Candidates comfortable working from office can apply
  • No virtual interviews available
  • Out of station candidates not eligible
  • Pursuing education candidates not eligible
