Job Description

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist for an International Voice Process at a leading ITES company. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience primarily via phone, and sometimes email. You'll need to be an independent and flexible individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a knack for quickly adapting to new tasks and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer requests and proactively contact customers by phone and/or email to provide support.
  • Query Resolution: Address inquiries about products, services, company campaigns, and general company information. This includes answering questions, taking complaints, and processing cash claims.
  • Issue Management: Register and resolve customer issues effectively within the SNOW system.
  • Customer Feedback & Improvement: Conduct customer surveys on inbound and outbound calls, spot and report errors, and provide customer feedback about needed improvements.
  • Knowledge Management: Build an individual knowledge base based on experience from customer interactions and actively share this knowledge with colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, understand tasks and systems efficiently, and switch between different tasks rapidly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Voice Support is mandatory.
  • Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills (for international voice and email support).
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Independent, flexible, and open to new tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Education: Any Graduate.
