Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an International Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling international customer queries via voice calls (inbound/outbound). Your primary goal will be to resolve product, service, billing, or technical issues promptly and professionally.

You will need to follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution, maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools. Additionally, you will be required to meet individual and team KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (neutral or international accent preferred). Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is also essential. Moreover, the successful candidate should possess empathy, patience, active listening, and problem-solving ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle international customer queries via voice calls (inbound/outbound).
  • Resolve product, service, billing, or technical issues promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Any graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in international voice process or customer support. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent English (neutral or international accent preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, active listening, and problem-solving ability.
