**Job Title**: International Voice Process - Taxation Services

**Location**: hyderabad (onsite)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Timings**: night shift 9 pm to 7 am

We are looking for motivated and dynamic professionals to join our International Voice Process team to support our global clientele.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to taxation services for international clients.
- Provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding tax processes, regulations, and services.
- Assist clients with queries related to their tax filings, compliance, and documentation.
- Explain complex taxation concepts in a simple and understandable manner to clients from various regions.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions or escalate queries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while managing customer expectations.
- Stay updated on international tax laws, regulations, and the company's service offerings.
- Document client interactions and follow up on open queries or issues.
- Resolve issues efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) with a neutral accent.
- Prior experience in an international voice process or customer support role is preferred.
- A strong understanding of taxation, or a willingness to learn tax-related concepts.
- Ability to handle complex queries and provide effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a high-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones, if required.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in the taxation or finance industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of international tax laws and regulations (e.g., GST, VAT, income tax).

**Educational Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Taxation (or related field) is an advantage but not mandatory.
