Job Description: International Voice Process / Voice Process Executive (Fresher or Experienced) Position Title: International Voice Process Department: Tele sales / Customer Acquisition About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our international tele sales team. The role involves engaging with clients across global markets, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Inbound Calling: Handle high-volume Inbound calls to potential and existing international clients to promote and sell products or services. - Customer Engagement: Build a strong rapport with customers through professional and persuasive communication. - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and value propositions to answer customer queries accurately. - Customer Feedback: Gather and record customer feedback, objections, and preferences to help improve sales strategies. - CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system. - Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes. Qualifications and Skills: For Freshers: - A bachelor’s degree in any field. - Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written). - Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, friendly phone manner. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. - 1-2 years of experience in international voice processes, tele sales, or customer service. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Familiarity with tele sales best practices and CRM tools. - Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills. Additional Requirements: - Availability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, depending on global markets). - Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. - Neutral accent or a clear and understandable English accent.
