Strategic Lead, Sales Growth Initiatives for NBFC Sector

Job Overview:
Metal Market is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Lead, Sales Growth Initiatives for NBFC Sector to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and improving performance in our call center operations.
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven individual who can lead our analytical-based call center to onboard customers for the NBFC sector, specifically for MSME businesses with medium ticket sizes.
Your primary focus will be on hiring and training freshers, establishing KPIs for sales callers, and tracking progress to improve metrics and caller satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for fostering a positive team atmosphere by incentivizing members through various methods and delivering effective communication messages to callers.
In addition, you will create engaging presentations (e.g., PPT, PDF, Word) to facilitate learning for callers and presentation materials for end customers (borrowers).
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably from a Tier 2 or higher university in India.
A strong growth mindset and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You should also be able to work efficiently under stressful conditions and possess strong analytical and numerical skills for effective communication with senior management.
