Strategic Sales Operations Lead

About the Opportunity
The Senior Commercial Excellence Strategy & Analytics role is a key position supporting Iron Mountain's India business across all Business Units. This strategic leadership role drives strategies and operational improvements to accelerate revenue and margin growth, while enhancing sales productivity and seller experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute coverage strategies aligned with India growth objectives, incorporating data-driven insights and market trends.
- Design and implement a robust GTM plan for India, driving execution through the annual planning cycle, and ensuring effective sales performance management.
- Collaborate with global Commercial Excellence and India Commercial stakeholders to drive transformational programs modernizing commercial processes and analytics.
- Establish Sales Operations rigor for the India business, equipping sales managers with effective account planning and monitoring follow-through actions.
- Develop and operationalize best-in-class sales processes and tools for India Sales, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members in the India Commercial Excellence team, providing thought leadership on analytical frameworks for problem-solving.
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic priority execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Expertise in market assessment, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, sales coverage design, and operational reporting.
- Advanced analytical skills, including interpreting qualitative and quantitative research to validate hypotheses.
- Excellent communication and executive presence skills, with ability to lead by influence in a matrixed organization.
- Intellectual curiosity with strong strategic thinking, attention to detail, and follow-through capabilities.
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO policy.
