Audience Acquisition & Event Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead audience acquisition and end-to-end management of multiple online and offline events & campaigns.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audience acquisition strategies for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth, with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
Event & Campaign Operations Excellence

Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery. Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event operations and logistics. Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize return on investment. Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor negotiation strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success.
Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management

Manage senior client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and conflict resolution. Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement. Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to establish strategic alliances and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure alignment with internal teams to drive project success.
Leadership & Team Development Expertise

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals. Define KRAs, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.
