Seeking a full-time Associate Media Buyer – Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, creating, and managing campaigns on both social media and native advertising platforms to drive high-quality lead generation. This role includes conducting market research to identify target audiences, optimizing campaign performance, and collaborating with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives.

Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and native advertising platforms (e.g., Use advanced tracking platforms such as Everflow, Voluum, and RedTrack to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.

Perform detailed market research to identify and refine target audiences for optimal performance.

Analyze campaign performance metrics to adjust strategies, improve ROI, and meet lead volume targets.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.

Proven experience with lead generation campaigns across both social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) and native ad platforms (e.g., Strong expertise in media buying and optimizing campaigns to meet performance objectives.

Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Everflow, Voluum, or RedTrack.

Skills in market research, analytics, and audience segmentation.

Bonus: Experience in international markets or multilingual campaigns.
