Audience Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Operations Leader to drive audience expansion and end-to-end event management.

  • Develop and execute data-driven audience acquisition strategies for events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth, with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
Event Strategy & Execution

Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously, from planning to delivery. Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event operations and logistics.

Team Leadership & Development
