About the Role:
">Drive Business Growth with Amazon Ads

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for driving the go-to-market launch of our products and features amongst relevant external customers and internal stakeholders. This involves highlighting key product USPs and benefits to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive product adoption amongst our customer base.
2. Conduct regular product training sessions, including webinars and one-on-one training, to educate customers on key business use-cases served through our products.
3. Create engaging product education resources, such as help pages, playbooks, FAQs, and emailers, to support customer success.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for key brand and agency accounts, providing dedicated support and guidance on using our products for their advertising needs.
5. Identify areas for product improvement based on customer feedback and usage trends, and work closely with internal teams to implement changes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in external customer-facing roles, such as customer service, advertiser service, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with up to mid-management members in brands and agencies.
• High degree of ownership and process orientation, with basic analytical and MS Office skills (Excel, email, PowerPoint).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years proven experience in ad operations, ad sales, online marketing, or product GTM-marketing.
• Advanced Excel/data analytics skills, with the ability to analyze usage trends and identify opportunities for growth.

BASIC SALARY RANGE: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
