Digital Advertising Account Manager

Amazon.com, Inc., a Fortune 500 company based in the United States, is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Account Manager to join its Advertiser Success Team (AST).
This role will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to new and existing advertisers on Amazon Advertising's platforms, helping them optimize their accounts and achieve their business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global clients, owning individual performance goals, and possessing superior verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they should be advanced computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
As a Digital Advertising Account Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the main point of contact for advertisers, educating them on Amazon Advertising products, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing optimizations to help them meet their business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers, providing first-class service and online advertising solutions
- Educate advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Use various tools and techniques to troubleshoot campaign set-up and provide related campaign optimization support
- Provide education to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
- Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and resolve issues related to their campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teams to develop quick and sound solutions, and provide feedback to improve advertiser experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing or related fields
- Proven work experience of 4-6 years in sales/marketing efforts, preferably in e-commerce, retail, Sales & Marketing, or advertising
- Prior experience managing global clients and owning individual performance goals
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
