As the Head of IN Ads Marketing, you will be responsible for developing the messaging, positioning, and marketing activities for Amazon India Advertising's ads solutions. As the leader of the IN Ads Marketing team, you will strategize and execute the development of messaging, positioning, and GTM activations for the portfolio of ad products, including:

  • sponsored, display, video, device, and audio ads

You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the brand and positioning for this growing suite of products and drive the future vision of how we bring new capabilities to the advertising industry. You will work closely with our core customer segments to develop messaging and marketing plans that drive a shift in perception and sustained awareness and adoption of our ad products. This role requires an analytical marketer with a strong sense for methods to align advertising offerings to advertiser objectives, which constantly adjust based on industry trends and feedback from customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product marketing managers, GTM strategists, and channel specialists and deliver on brand, positioning, and product GTM outcomes
  • Develop year-long marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption for a portfolio of advertising measurement solutions tied to key advertiser objectives, including the articulation of product portfolio positioning
  • Create compelling sales and marketing collateral to drive adoption and comprehension of Amazon's ads products
  • Guide the prioritization, development, and implementation of case studies and research to communicate the benefits of the Amazon Ads product portfolio

**Requirements**

  • 15+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 7+ years of team management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing identities and growth for brands and development of digital channels
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and working knowledge of common data toolkits (excel, tableau)
  • Experience communicating results to senior internal stakeholders and external (customer) leadership
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
  • Proficiency in digital advertising, including media planning, buying, programmatic advertising, and visibility into industry supply and demand scenarios

**Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
