Talent Development Manager - Leadership Effectiveness Specialist

 

Job Description:

The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing learning and professional development initiatives that drive business results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement programs that enhance leadership effectiveness and drive organizational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training programs
  • Manage external instructor/designer process and ensure timely delivery of training materials
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to support the overall success of the curriculum

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years relevant experience in talent development or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning programs
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms
  • Facilitation and presentation skills

 

Leadership Skills:
  • Ability to lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaboration and partnership skills
