Job Title: Talent Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Manager to support our HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, training, and offboarding to optimize employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; design compensation strategies that foster talent retention and competitive salary structures.
  • Design and administer training programs to promote employee development; manage employee benefits to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee information.
  • Develop and maintain HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; provide support and interpretation of HR policies to both employees and management.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions for workforce planning and management.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between employees and management, resolving workplace issues and fostering positive employee relations.
