Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition efforts in India, focusing on hiring top talent for our foreign university campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals through close collaboration with hiring managers, business heads, and university leadership.
Talent Sourcing & Engagement

Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, referrals, social media, academic networks, and talent pools) to identify and engage high-quality candidates. Build and maintain an active and passive talent pipeline for current and future roles.

Candidate Experience

Drive a seamless recruitment journey from initial interaction to onboarding, ensuring professionalism and transparency at every stage of the process.

Employer Branding & Job Design

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels, enhancing the employer brand within the education and EdTech sectors.

Data-Driven Recruitment

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on managing a talent acquisition portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
  • Proven track record of building high-performing teams from scratch and scaling recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
