Talent Strategist & Business Partner Wanted

Job Description:

This is a key role in driving business results through the effective management of talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees, as well as partnering with business leaders to assess talent gaps and align development plans accordingly.

This position requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership development, and performance management principles. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing large-scale HR initiatives with measurable outcomes and will be able to drive cultural transformation initiatives in alignment with our values and growth strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or Organizational Psychology from a reputable institute.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Organization Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and influencing strategic HR decisions.
  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale HR initiatives with measurable outcomes.
