Job Description

This role requires a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our HR Shared Services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

  • Manage a global organization of 30+ professionals, including 3 direct reports.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture.
  • Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and individual development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage resource planning.
  • Mentor and coach next-level leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and succession pool.
  • Foster inclusivity and collaboration across global teams, promoting a unified culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies aligning HR Shared Services with broader business goals.
  • Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Optimize service delivery models across time zones and locations to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience spanning talent development, organizational development, and performance management.
  • 5+ years interacting with senior leadership.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role with direct reports.
