Job Summary

This role is for a seasoned recruiter who will be responsible for managing all levels of talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment programs. They will serve as a consultant and partner to internal teams, staying current on industry trends and assisting with both strategic and tactical hiring initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective strategies for meeting business hiring needs.
  • Manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
  • Recruit active/passive candidates, gauge fitment, and understand their motivation.
  • Screens/interview candidates within the framework of position specifications and prepares an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate timeline.
  • Builts and maintains network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
  • Recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the company's long-range growth, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard recruiting processes.
  • Promotes a great candidate experience and acts as a candidate advocate.
  • Develops plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of prior work experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills and up-to-date knowledge of latest market trends.
  • Ability to source tech talent, particularly in roles like Product, Program, Sales, Tech Engineering, and senior leadership positions.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
