Job Title: Performance Enhancement Coach

About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cater to the needs of new hires and existing employees.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to employees to enhance their customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and HR teams to align training modules with business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Training and Coaching Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, as well as coaching and mentoring employees.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
